Air Slide Systems And Air Slide Fabrics

Air slide systems / pneumatic conveyor system combined with the upper chute, air slide fabrics and lower chute. The pressed air from lower chute pass through the air slide fabrics to fluidize the powdered/granular on the upper chute then make them flowing/conveying to the lower position of the system due to the gravity.

The fluidizing particles with less abrasion to the system, and the whole system nearly don’t move when it working that make the system very durable and easy to maintenance; also the powders be conveyed in the air tight chute, so they won’t loss when conveying and won’t cause the pollution problem.

DRAGON provide both air slide chute system and replacement air slide fabrics. According to the different materials, the air slide fabrics from us can be divided into the polyester air slide fabric, basalt air slide canvas, Aramid air slide belt / Nomex air slide membrane/ Kavlar air slide cloth. Besides the air slide fabrics, we also provide the super quality air slide hoses.

Polyester air slide fabric

General introduction of Polyester air slide fabric:
DRAGON provide good quality polyester air slide fabrics for air slide systems, which can be divided into polyester spun yarn air slide fabric, polyester filament air slide belt and polyester nonwoven air slide cloth for different usages and requirements from the clients.

The filament polyester air slide fabric with a smooth surface and equal air permeability, strong construction, excellent for abrasion resistance, with the longest service life for the polyester material air slide fabrics.

The spun yarn polyester air slide belt with the same construction as the filament air side membrane, also offered to various industries for dry particles conveying and mixing the material in homogenization silo, etc, but the service life shorter a little when compare to the filament one, but price cheaper some.

Nonwoven air slide belt, with the needle punched nonwoven construction (nonwoven polyester air slide cloth), air permeability bigger, and softer, easy installing, and suitable for some small volume and light material conveying, which is the most economical solutions of the air slide fabric for the air slide systems.

Relevant specification of the polyester air slide fabric from DRAGON:
Thickness of the polyester air slide fabric: 3~10 mm can be customized.
Width of the polyester air slide belt: max. 2.4 meters.
Air permeability: can be customized as requirements.
Tensile strength: > 5000N/4cm.
Operation temprature: -60 dgree C to 150 degree C, max. peaks: 180 degree C.

The properties of the air slide membrane from DRAGON:
1. Clear veins, stable size, high tensile strength, various materials for choosing according to the different requirements.
2. Equal air permeability, the tolerance of air resistance is within ±10%.
3. High temperature resistance, abrasion resistance, little hygroscopicity, corrosion resistance, lower adhesive capacity, never delamination, longer service life.
4. Smooth surface, 100% new materials, won’t leak dust, green products.
5. The products applicable to convey the materials with the particle diameter < 4mm, temperature < 180degree C, the moisture content < 2%.

Aramid/Nomex/Kavlar Air Slide Fabrics

General introduction of aramid air slide fabric:
Aramid air slide fabric also called Nomex air slide fabric and Kevlar air slide fabric in the market due to the raw material from the different suppliers. According to the different working circumstance, the aramid materials from DRAGON were adopted the aramid 1313 (similar to Nomex) and aramid 1414 (similar to Kevlar) according to the certain working circumstances.

The Aramid 1414 air slide fabric which is fire proof, high tensile strength and abrasion resistance, longer service life, the maximum operation temperature resistance even up to 250degree C.

For the aramid 1313 air slide fabric, which is the high temperature resistance air slide fabric as well, this aramid air slide belt continuous operation temperature can up to 200degree C, maximum peaks can up to 220degree C. This aramid air slide belt with shorter operation life and lower operation temperature, but can offer a more economical solutions for some special air slide systems.

Aramid fiber also can be needle punched into nonwoven aramid air slide fabric (Nomex nonwoven air slide fabric) and offer some economical solutions for the air slide systems or homogenization systems.

The Basalt Air Slide Fabric with the properities of smooth surface and equal air permeability, strong construction, excellent for heat resistance, with the long service life with a perfect performance.
