Design feature:

Operational principle:
The flow control valve is mainly composed of organic seat, valve body, gasket, bushing, valve core, bearing, breathable layer, inflatable tank and transmission device. The fan gives low pressure small capacity air, through the channel mouth by the air tank inflation, gas through the breathable layer, evenly spray upward, encourage the material to shift upward, the material weight falls, by the installation of the equipment slope displacement, repeatedly cause the material forward displacement. The actuator drives the coupling and the spool to adjust the material flow. The rotary valve is only switched, through the solenoid valve to control the pneumatic push rod air source to command the push rod action, complete the switching action.
